With a current capacity of processing and storage of 10 million Liters, Bodegas El Villar has since 2004 new facilities located in the San Vicente industrial area. The winery incorporates the latest technologies in production and bottling processes to obtain premier quality wines and also to ensure food safety for all our products.

In addition, the company is certified with the food safety standard IFS-Food at its higher level since 2011..




Wine Making
4 hoppers for selection of grapes, 3 presses.
Self-emptying tanks, insulated tanks and stainless steel fermenting tanks, all prepared for temperature control.


An underground cellar of 1000 square metres which contains 2,500 french and american oak barrels.


Three bottling lines:

  1. Glass bottling line (7,000 Bot/h) for the following formats: 0,375, 0,75, 1 and 1,5 Litres.
  2. Bottling line for 2 and 5 litres PET carafes.
  3. Line for Bag in Box in all formats.
