The cooperative arranges of stores of
stainless steel in order to be made into
wine the grape harvest. It has self-emptin
deposits equipped with control systems
of temperature. Too it has land and
emptiness filters to leave the unfermented
grape juice clean and transparent.
The Cooperative of El Villar del
Arzobispo counts with a shop
with own parking in wich you can
acquire all our products.
In our associates vineyards, is made
a strict control by our Agronomist
Engineer and our Enologist all over
the year recomending the treatments
and types of pruning more advised
in each variety and each moment of
production.
The ageing storeroom of the cooperative
Agricultural of El Villar has an area of
4.000 m2, with large barrel of new
American oak, with a capacity of
225 liters each.
